YogaFit®’s new YogaLean two day program encompasses everything from the original YogaLean I and YogaLean II, along with more nutrition information based on Beth Shaw’s new book, YogaLean. This class is designed for weight loss conscious yoga enthusiasts. Losing weight is a transformational process that involves the mind, body and spirit.

YogaLean is a program designed to work from the inside out, drawing from the self-inquiry of yoga philosophy to take into account every student’s unique story, customizing a program that fits their lifestyle, and emphasizing the yogic practices of breathing, meditation, and mindfulness. Full figured individuals can take advantage of techniques taught in this class.

Many people are intimidated to try yoga for fear of not being thin enough or fit enough. This training will give you the teaching tools you need to enable people of all shapes and sizes to reap the benefits of yoga. Yoga classes are taught at a comfortable pace and demonstrate a diverse use of props which enable every Body to enjoy a gentle practice and promote increased activity and better health.
